who we are . . .

The Plantation Café is a professional youth café and our staff are genuine in their care and concern for all the young people that come to Plantation Café. Our staff team have considerable experience in working with young people and we exist because we feel it is important for them to have a safe place to relax, socialise and get support regardless of their background . We want to see them avoid or overcome things that may prevent them from fulfilling their potential and desire to see young people growing in confidence and self-esteem, informed about issues that affect them.

Our vision for the café is that it is at the forefront of youth culture in and around Guildford , drawing young people from all backgrounds.  We have a passion to help young people feel a sense of value & purpose, belonging & trust, growth & development.  Our heart is to build positive and nurturing relationships with our young people.
