Motivate works with young people who are marginalised, adopt offending behaviour, are in prison, have drugs or alcohol dependencies, are demotivated or just lack direction. We use group work and individual support to encourage and develop people to re-engage in areas that they are interested in.

Some of the projects that Motivate runs includes: Plantation Trading, one-to-one mentoring and Prince's Trust Teams.
