For the last 6 years Plantation has had the privilege of contributing to Guildford's live music festival.

Each year has been bigger and better than the last and it has been an honor to play host to artists such as Black Iris, The Afterparty, Fearless Vampire Killers, City Of Ashes, DJ Venta, Dani B, Holly Skittle and many, many more. 

We have had various DJ's hosting club nights, young magicians performing ridiculous card tricks which will make your face melt, multiple full size (English) pool tables, Table Football and a Nintendo Wii.

In 2010 we also had the opportunity to run a p150 style Praise and Worship evening with the help of our friends from Eternity Church.

Below are the highlights of the last three years!

This year was all about going BIG or going home! Admittedly, Guildford being the home of Plantation meant that we could go BIG and enjoy our homes! Well some of us any way!

2012 saw the biggest Plantation Zone ever boasting a 400 capacitcy venue with a sound and lighting rig rivaling most over venues at Guilfest.

We also had two full size (english) Pool Table and and a nintendo Wii which proved to be very popular as always. Or thought the Wii is now caked in mud!

We also had a total of 13 artists booked to perform in our tent this year. Including the return of the amazing DJ Ted and Thank You London. We also had acoustic performances from Holly Skittles, Anthony Seanor, Vinyl Staircase, Dani B and the Return of Thanks. DJs included MOTS and VENTA. To finish off the weekend we had an explosive performance from the mighty City Of Ashes!  

2011 saw a bigger and louder Plantation Zone despite having a smaller venue. 

We had a very similar set up to last year but with a handful of improvements. We had an awesome 'cafe culture' inspired environment in our tent with young DJ Ted providing background music throughout each day.

We also had a full size (english) Pool Table and Table Football which both proved to be very popular. Partly because we were the only venue in the whole of Guilfest with these goodies!

We also had a total of 8 artists perform in our tent this year. Including DJ Ted performing on the Saturday night we also had The After Party, Fearless Vampire Killers and Black Iris with guest appearances from Kris w/ a K (Kill Claudio) and Lewis Jacobs (Plantation Regular).

In 2010 we had our very own stage with some of Plantation's finest artists including Kill Claudio's very own Kris with a K and the awesome Collapse The Control who put on an incredible show!

We also had a movie night which featured the classic: 'School of Rock' and an open mic which featured many young people from singer/song writers to solo drummers and poems.

On Sunday night we had Magic Matt perform some incredible card tricks

We also had the opportunity to run a P150 - Praise and Worship evening with help from our friends at Eternity Church.
