2012 - YOUTH ALPHA

On the 19th April 2012 we will be Launching a Youth Alpha course. This will take place every Thursday night from 7:30 at Bridge Street YMCA, Guildford.

Youth Alpha is an evangelistic course that is being used by groups all around the world to help young people meet Jesus. Over 10 weeks the course looks at topics from ‘Who is Jesus?’ and ‘Why did Jesus die?’ to ‘How & why should I read the Bible?’.

It’s a more informal version of the Alpha course using the same teaching content but adapted in a way to better engage with teenagers. The course normally runs over ten weeks, plus a weekend or day away in the middle. Youth Alpha shares the same important elements as any Alpha course – food, worship, a talk, and small groups (except with a lot more fun and many more games!).

2011 - THE TESTIMONIES

2011's P150 aimed to bring something a little different to your Saturday night. There was the opportunity to chill out and listen to live music as well as spending time reflecting and exploring life and the challenges that come you way.

We had 3 guest speakers sharing their incredible stories about how a relationship with Jesus changed their lives. From reformed dealers and thieves to professional athletes and musicians - it was incredible to hear what they had to say. Lives were change, people inspired and a difference was made.

We also had a "Christmas Spechial" Movie Night: Soul Surfer.

P ONE FIFTY - “Because Of Love” is a Praise and Worship event that takes place every last Sunday of the month at Plantation in Guildford.

Our mission is to bring hope to those who have none & to see young people's lives changed. With loud, extravagant worship and a team dedicated to serving and loving anyone and everyone who comes through our doors. P150 is set to change the world! Why? Because Of Love...
